At Highclere Apartments, we strive to make sure our residents are happy and taken care of. That includes tending to work orders! Here are some maintenance tasks you can call in a work order for:
- We will replace your smoke alarm batteries. If you ever hear your smoke alarm chirping, don’t hesitate to give us a call! We’ll send a maintenance tech over right away to replace those batteries for you.
- We replace your furnace filters twice a year. We usually come once in the spring and once in the fall. In fact, we’re gearing up to get them replaced within the next month or so! If you’d like your furnace filter to be replaced more frequently, you can purchase a filter of our choice and our maintenance technician will be happy to put it in for you!
- We’ll replace your lightbulbs. At Highclere, some of the lights in our apartments are not your typical LED bulbs. Don’t worry about searching for the correct light, we’ll replace it for you! Just give us a call and let us know which one needs to be replaced.
- We’ll unclog your sinks. If you’ve got a sink that is draining slowly, or not draining at all, don’t try and unclog it yourself! Our maintenance technicians know the proper solutions and techniques to get your sink draining properly.
If you have something that needs to be fixed (even beyond the list above), please let us know! If you have a maintenance emergency that occurs after hours, we have an on call maintenance technician that will take care of the issue. Our goal is to get work orders taken care of in a timely manner so you are able to enjoy your apartment.
