Winter Hours are here at these Omaha Apartments

Now that Halloween has come and gone, and we have gained an hour of sleep with the time change, Robert Hancock and Co. properties are now on winter hours again.  With the time adjustments, come winter weather, and holiday gatherings.

This means that Villa Vinee’ and all its sister properties will be closing at 5pm each weeknight until spring.    Our weekday hours are 8am to 5pm..  with most properties taking their last appointments around 4:30 (it’s always helpful to call ahead).     Saturday hours will not change at any property (Villa is open 10am to 4pm on Saturdays).   Some properties are closed on Saturdays, so please check with that location for hours.   All properties are closed for business on Sundays.

Keep in mind, winter also means snow, ice, cold temps, and all around fun winter weather, etc..  so if your furnace isn’t working for some reason, call it in immediately.  Please be safe when walking on snowy sidewalks and parking lots.   While our maintenance staff is clearing paths for you, there may still be slick spots on occasion.   Take that extra second to check out your surroundings and be careful out there.    Hopefully, we’ll have a quiet winter, but don’t count on it.   Have a wonderful holiday season, everyone..   yes, the holidays are very close!
