As many of our residents know, the Villa Vinee office has temporary changed their hours as we have been trying to work through these unprecedented times. While we may not be there to answer the phone after hours, we do have an on-call maintenance technician who can assist you after hours. Whether it be a beeping smoke alarm, clogged sink, or pipe leaking, our maintenance team is happy to assist you.
To reach our on-call team after hours, call 402-393-1668 and follow the voicemail prompts to be connected to the on-call technician. Should you need to leave a voicemail, be sure to leave your name, a good phone number to reach you, and the reason for the call. They will call you back as soon as they can.
Another way to put in a maintenance request is through the online portal, Rent Cafe. Using the same portal you use to pay rent (and renew your lease 😉 ), you can submit a maintenance request anytime. *Just a note about using this feature, this does not alert any of the emergency maintenance staff. This should be used for after hours for minor maintenance issues only.* When you submit these work orders online, you can also see the status of the request. No more wondering if maintenance has replaced that burnt out fluorescent light in your kitchen. Once the work order is complete, you can also rate the maintenance staff. We always want to be know if we can improve in any areas.
