The staff here at Parkwood Manor Apartments would like to wish all of our residents a safe and happy Halloween. Please remember, if you are going out, to be safe and cautious. Drive carefully and slowly as there will be quite a bit of traffic and people out late for the holiday. Also, if you have children make sure and check their candy. You will want to throw away any opened candy or anything where the wrapper is not fully
sealed.

We would also like to remind our residents of our referral bonus program. If you refer a friend to the apartments and they are approved and move in you receive $200. That is $200 for just telling a friend or family member that you love your apartment and having them mention your name at the time of their showing!!! We do have 2 bedroom apartments available for immediate move in. We have great move in specials that your
