Ways to Celebrate Earth Day in Your Community!
Earth day is on April 22nd! Here are a couple of ways that you can make a difference!
- Grab a couple neighbors and take a walk. Bring some trash bags and a few pairs of gloves, and collect any trash you see.
- Plant a tree. In your backyard, or contact local parks department about approved planting areas near you.
- Daily Difference: Recycle! Any plastic, paper or cardboard should go to recycling, not trash.
Not everything needs to be a BIG change. Small things here and there do matter.
