Waitlist Options Available for Villa Vinee
Summer may have just started but Villa Vinee is already looking to the fall! One and two bedroom apartments are going quickly at Villa Vinee as we head into the fall months. With limited availability, you can always secure your first pick when you apply for the waitlist. In just a few simple steps you can be in line for your future home!
- Call or email us to let us know what your needs and wants are.
- Jump online at https://villavineeapartments-roberthancockco.securecafe.com/onlineleasing/villa-vinee-apartments/register.aspx.
- Choose the waitlist option and fill out application.
- Pay the $150 waitlist fee (goes towards the $350 deposit once apartment comes available) and the $40 application fee (per adult.)
- Get approved!
- Wait patiently until your future home comes available!
Once we receive notice that an apartment fulfilling your every wish comes available, we have you pay the remaining deposit ($200.) After that, it’s just patiently waiting (we know, it’s hard) while we prep your apartment for move in!
