Updates at Cedar Heights

First off, we would like everyone to welcome James O’Dell to Cedar Heights. He will be with us this summer with the grounds crew. If you see him make sure to say hello!

As everyone has seen lately it has been busy around Cedar Heights! We have been doing numerous projects around the property and have more scheduled for the rest of this summer! So far here is what has been done:

• Paint apartment doors in buildings 1 and 2
• New door numbers in buildings 1 and 2
• New concrete around the entire property
• New asphalt between buildings 6 and 7
• Various building hallways painted
• New railing installed outside building 6

Here is what is still left to be finished:

• Paint apartment doors and new door numbers in buildings 3-7
• Install bike racks around the property
• Retaining wall installed outside building 7
• New landscaping outside of building 5
