Wait List Options Available at Shadow Lake Square!

Are you looking to move to Shadow Lake Square Apartments in Papillion, but your move date is further out than our currently availability? Are you in love with a specific floor plan or view? Lucky for you, we have a wait list option!

Getting on the wait list is very easy. Simply submit your application for approval and $40 application fee, as usual, along with a $150 wait list deposit. Upon future selection of an apartment, that $150 wait list deposit will roll into your security deposit.

In addition to your application, you will fill out a wait list agreement specifying what/when your preferences are. This can include things such as timeframe in which you are able to move, floor plan, floor level, lake view, etc. Once a unit with that fits your preferences comes available, we will contact you immediately.

Resident Events at Shadow Lake Square!

December has been a very busy month at Shadow Lake Square Apartments! We are currently on the last leg of collecting donations for the Food Drive for the Heartland. If you would like to donate, please stop by the office at 7451 Shadow Lake Plaza in Papillion. Our donation bin is being collected tomorrow, so please get those canned and boxed goods in. Every bit counts!

We are also in the midst of our annual winter balcony/patio and door decorating contest. Entering the contest to win a prize is easy! Decorate your balcony, patio, or door for the holiday season. Take a picture of your final creation and email it to the office by 12/18. We will be posting all contest submissions to our Facebook page on the 19th. To vote, “like” the photo that you think has the most festive decorations. Share on your Facebook page to have your friends and family vote as well! You can also call or email the office to let us know which submission is your favorite. Voting with close on the 21st and winners will be announced on the 22nd.

Starting in January, the Shadow Lake Square clubhouse will also be hosting a monthly Bingo Night for residents! Drinks, snacks, and fun times will be provided! Details on this new community event are still to come.

Shadow Lake Square is a Food Drive Drop-off Location!

Once again, Shadow Lake Square Apartments has volunteered to be a drop-off location for the food drive benefiting “The Food Bank for the Heartland.” We are collecting canned and boxed food donations in the leasing office at 7451 Shadow Lake Plaza in Papillion until the December 13th deadline. We have a decorated box in the clubhouse for donation drop-offs. Items that the organization is requesting include:

  • Peanut Butter
  • Macaroni & Cheese
  • Canned Tuna
  • Canned Chicken
  • Cereal
  • Pancake Mix
  • Canned Fruit
  • Canned Vegetables
  • Pork & Beans
  • Pastas & Sauces
  • Boxed Meals

Even the smallest of donations could help to feed someone and their family. As this is a local organization, giving even the smallest amount could mean the world to someone else in our community. We hope that everyone will participate. We greatly appreciate your support and generosity this holiday season.
