Starting the Year Right at These Omaha Apartments!

It’s a new year and just like many others out there, we are looking at how we can make 2018 our best year yet! At Pacific Gardens Apartments we have some exciting new projects coming up this year, and look forward to spending another year providing a great home for our residents.

This year we will be upgrading our washers and dryers to accommodate app based pay! Currently all of our laundry rooms accept only quarters for the machines. In order to make the unfortunate task of laundry just a little more convenient and maybe just slightly less painful, we will be getting new machines that will allow residents to pay simply using their phones! Once this new system is ready we will be sending a letter to all residents to update them on all the new features.

We are also going to get a new dumpster for recycling on property later this year! The office staff is super excited to have onsite recycling and hope residents will be just as excited.

We have had the opportunity to start giving a facelift to some of our apartments and we should be wrapping up our first of the year shortly. This totally remodeled apartment leases for $805/month and has all new everything! We would love to show you this work in progress to see if it could be your perfect new home!

Last but not least, we are getting ready for the busy summer move in season by starting our waitlist. We have options available to show right now and would love to get the application process started for anyone looking to get on the waitlist for spring/summer.
