Spring is Near these Omaha Apartments

Signs are everywhere..  the bird have returned, the potholes have grown, and we’ve even hit daylight saving time.    These are all sure signs that spring is nearly here.    With spring come some changes at RHC.   Villa Vinee’ and many of the other properties will be changing their office hours the week of March 31st.   Villa will go to the hours of 8 am to 6 pm during the week.   Saturday, Villa will still be open 10 am to 4 pm.

Other changes include the parking barriers we use in the Villa lot.   They should be coming down around April 1.   Obviously, we’ve had some wacky weather after April 1st, in the past.   Hopefully that won’t be an issue in 2014.   Also, you will start seeing outdoor projects, including new postal cluster boxes.   This should be a welcome change to those of you who do a lot of online shopping.   Most packages should fit in the new boxes, so this will eliminate a lot of need to come get your packages!   This is something exciting we hope you will enjoy.

As it warms up, get out and enjoy the grounds at all the RHC properties, and be safe!
