Spring Improvements at These Council Bluffs Apartments!

This gorgeous weather has allowed Robert to get a head start on some landscaping projects. Today, he added some much needed pizzazz to the area surrounding the office sign. Flowers are starting to bloom, the trees are budding, and we are loving every part of it.

As the weather continues to warm, we will be getting started on various improvement projects to ensure that Highclere stays beautiful and safe. We will be taking care of some pavement and railing projects in the coming months, so, residents, please make sure you read all posted signs and notices.
