South Park Apartments Thanks Bob Rocz For 25 Years Of Fantastic Service!

Robert Hancock & Co recently said a big Thank You to our South Park Maintenance Technician Bob Rocz for 25 years of service. Bob is more than just a maintenance technician here at SP. You can see him everyday out and about making repairs and keeping our residents apartments in tip top shape, but besides the fact that he can repair anything and build just about anything, he goes above and beyond in his day to day duties. He can be seen hanging curtain rods, or taking them down, repairing vacuum cleaners for our residents, watering flowers on a residents patio or balcony while they are out of town or just lending an ear when a resident wants to tell him all about their kids or grandkids achievements.  We would like to take this time to say thank you to Bob to let him know how much we appreciate him every day.
