So Much to Love at Cedar Heights!
Cedar Heights Apartments is located off of 60th and Grover, and there are lots of perks to living at our community. Below are just a few features of our property!
- We are conveniently located near the I-80 exit, making jumping on the interstate easy! We are also close to the shopping centers including Family Fare and Hy-Vee.
- Cedar Heights has a pool and courtyard area for resident use. Our outdoor pool is usually open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and we have grills that are located in our courtyard area for summer barbequing!
- We have a clubhouse that residents can rent out for parties and gatherings. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and we provide the tables and chairs!
- There is lots of wildlife and nature to see around our property. We are very fortunate to be in an area where we can enjoy seeing squirrels, rabbits, birds, and a beautiful variety of trees!
- We not only have on-site trash removal, but we also offer recycling!
- All our buildings have controlled access, so only those with keys are able to get into the buildings. Our apartments are equipped with an intercom, so you’ll know when a guest is here to visit you.
