READ ACROSS AMERICA DAY, aka DR. SEUSS’S BIRTHDAY!

Dr. Seuss: Theodor Seuss Geisel was born on March 2nd, 1904. His birthday is celebrated nationwide as National Read Across America Day. This day honors the children’s book author behind some of our favorite classics like “The Cat in the Hat,” “Green Eggs and Ham” and “Oh the Places You’ll Go!”  Local schools and institutions are celebrating as well. Below are some events scheduled today and throughout the Month.
