At Pacific Gardens, we like to think that we’re just a little different from your standard apartment community. Wide open courtyards, vibrant and abundant with trees, flowers and shrubbery. Heck, our apartments are like a mystery box; you never know what surprises are going to be in one of them until you go inside. Who doesn’t like a little quirkiness?

Alas, we are mostly in possession of two and three bedroom apartments over here. This is great for roommates, families and the like, but what about those residents who just need a space for themselves or maybe one other person? Is there a space for someone who doesn’t need that much space?

It is possible that we won’t have one available for quite some time…

Or, it is possible that we will have two coming available in November!

That is just so wonderful. We don’t get the chance to help others find a one bedroom apartment very often, but here we are! Read below to get more information on our couplet of offerings:

• 2503: Available first week of November, $835/month. Remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom + den w/ balcony. Second Floor, 802 sq. ft.
• 2602: Available 11/22. $735/month. Updated one bedroom, one bathroom. Second floor. 670 sq. ft.

We are very excited to throw some one bedroom apartments into the mix here. If anyone was wondering, we still have a couple two or three bedroom options that are upcoming or are available now, but they are going fast. Whether you want to hop on something a little rarer here, or you are simply looking for a cozy home to settle into for Fall/Winter, we have you covered.
