KEEPING YOU POSTED ON PINHOOK FLATS AND CLUED IN ON CUE

Summer has gone by quickly! Schools are getting back to session and fall is just around the corner. One thing we can say for 2020, it’s not just the weather that changes fast around here, so we wanted to make sure we were keeping all of you in the know on all things Pinhook and CUE at Aksarben Village!

Concrete repairs at Pinhook Flats will continue throughout this week. If we can say one nice thing about the lack of rain, it’s allowing the work to get completed quickly! Thank you for your patience as we work to continue to make the grounds as safe as possible for you!

With changes in the seasons means that the pool will be closing soon, so get out and take advantage of these last days of summer outside! As always, for the protection of you and all of our residents, continue to safely socially distance yourselves when using the pool.

As I’m sure as many of you have heard by now, the City of Omaha has unanimously approved a city-wide mask mandate which will be effective until September 15, 2020 to help curb the spread of the Corona virus. We continue to strongly encourage all residents to wear a mask when outside of your apartment, including in the hallways, elevators and stairwells. The health and safety of all of our residents and staff is always a priority and we appreciate all of your help looking out for everyone’s health and well-being.

With the upcoming changes in the weather will come the change over from air conditioning to heat. As always, for urgent maintenance needs, please feel free to call the office. For less urgent requests, you can fill out maintenance requests online using Rent Café. Please make sure that everyone in your home is feeling well prior to submitting requests for everyone’s health and safety. If you are planning on being home when maintenance is going to be there, please make sure you can be in another room while they are working to maintain social distancing.

Finally, as all of you who follow us on Facebook already know, we got a new exercise bike, rowing machine, and treadmill at the Pinhook Flats fitness center! There’s sanitizer and paper towels in there for you, so come by and check it out!
