Peony Village Apartments excited for upcoming renovations at Crossroads Mall in Omaha!

Peony Village Apartments is situated in a bustling part of Omaha between two malls: Westroads Mall to the west of the complex, and Crossroads Mall to the east.  While Westroads continues to thrive with business, Crossroads has seen a downturn in traffic over the last decade or so.  That may all change in the coming years, however, as new owners and developers plan some major renovations with new shops, trendy restaurants, and nightlife that will appeal to the student population from nearby universities, and to the community at large.  The project is tentatively named “University Village.”
