Availability is limited, but when an apartment becomes available, it doesn’t stay that way for long.
Each apartment features an eat-in kitchen, ample storage space, controlled-access buildings, and app-based laundry shared with just five other apartments. Residents also enjoy on-site maintenance, on-call maintenance services, and after-hours security for added peace of mind.
If you’re considering applying, the process is simple and straightforward. There is a $75 application fee per applicant over the age of 19 and a $500 security deposit. During the application process, we review credit history (looking for at least six months of positive history), background screening, rental verification covering the past five years (including dorm-based housing), and income qualification. Household income must be at least three times the monthly rent (gross), whether applying individually or jointly.
For utilities, residents set up OPPD (electric) in their own name. Water, sewer, trash, recycling, and gas are conveniently billed through YesEnergy and paid along with monthly rent.
Parkwood Manor is also a cat-friendly community, allowing up to two cats per apartment with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit and $30 per month per pet.
