Previously, packages were being delivered to the leasing office and residents were able to pick up during office hours. But no more! Our Pack City system is officially up and running and we couldn’t be more excited! Located in the Resident Commons in building #1, residents can now retrieve their packages between 6am and 10pm, seven days a week. The room has controlled access and your key fob is required in order to gain access. Delivery drivers will scan your package in and place it into one of the secure lockers. An email notification is then sent to you with the authorization code to open this locker via the computer interface. We have found it to be very convenient and user friendly!
While trying out our new system, feel free to utilize the Resident Commons while you’re there. The Commons offers cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a kitchen for your enjoyment. Mingle with other residents, grab a book from the book shelf, or just relax!
