Pacific Gardens Apartments Excited by Plans for Omaha’s Crossroads Mall Renovation
The developer responsible for the newly revamped Nebraska Crossing outlet mall, Rod Yates, also happens to be in charge of the Crossroads Mall renovation near 72nd and Dodge. This $400 million dollar project will boast retail, office space and living space. There are also plans to incorporate a hotel and digital library. The goal date for opening is December 2015, but it could be pushed back due to the scale of the project.
This is extremely exciting for us here at Pacific Gardens Apartments! We are already lucky to be in such a great location with an abundance of shopping and restaurant choices within walking distance. Now, with just a hop, skip and a jump, we will have even more options to choose from!
