This apartment also features a large bathroom, built in island, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, vinyl flooring, and modern finishes through out!

Our 737 sqft. Secretariat floor plan is ready to be your home! If you are looking for a 1-bedroom with a huge living space, large bedroom, and open floor plan the Secretariat should be on your list! This apartment comes with a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, modern finishes, and balcony!

Our 885 sqft. Seabiscuit floorplan is available for an immediate move! If you’re looking for a cozy apartment with a washer and dryer and spacious closets this is the apartment for you!

To take one of these apartments off the market, we’ll need your completed application, $450 deposit, and $75 application fee per applicant.

Here is what we look for in order to approve your application:

• 6 months of positive credit history (no large past due debts) or Rental History (including dorms)
• Background Check (criminal history)
• Income Qualification (collectively at least 3x the rental amount pre-tax monthly/Full time students can use Parental Guarantee)

Keep in mind applicants must be at least 19 years old and have a SSN. We allow up to two cats with pet rent and deposit, and we do not allow dogs as pets. Our community is gun free, and all of our buildings and balconies are smoke free.
