All Robert Hancock & Co. offices will be closed on Monday, September 3rd for Labor Day. With rent being due on the first and accepted up to the 5th before late fees post on the 6th, many residents will be thinking about taking care of rent payment during our time out of the office. But, those residents will have plenty of convenient options to get rent taken care of even with the office being closed!
Before the weekend, make sure you have your log-in for RentCafe, our online portal. You can use this to make a one-time payment and possibly get your autopay setup for next month! Using your routing and account number, these payments are free for you to make (there is a $25 charge for use of a credit card).
Check or Money Order:
Feel free to drop a check or money order in the dropbox located next to the office door. If it is a money order, please ensure that your apartment number is written directly on the money order. We want to ensure that the funds get associated to the correct account and money orders don’t have the same types of personal identification information on them as checks.
We will return to the office on Tuesday, and we would be glad to help you with any rent related issues at that time. But, we have a great feeling that many residents will have already taken care of rent by that time!
