The Pacific Gardens office, and all other Robert Hancock & Co. properties, will be closing at 3:00pm on Wednesday, November 21st and reopening for normal business hours, Monday, November 26th. During this closure both management and maintenance will be out of the office. Thankfully, emergency maintenance is still working hard to make sure you are covered!
Residents of Robert Hancock & Co. properties have emergency maintenance technicians available to them nights, weekends, and holidays. Examples of maintenance emergencies include water leaks of any kind, clogged toilets when there is just one in the apartment, or a furnace not working when it is less than 50 degrees outside. Residents who are in need of emergency maintenance service just need to call 402-393-2210 and follow the voicemail prompts in order to be connected to a technician. DO NOT submit emergency maintenance requests via RentCafe, email, text, or property voicemail because those requests will not be seen until the next business day.
