Do you know where you want to live but it’s months too early to apply? Join the waitlist!

– The waitlist is great for those who know exactly what kind of apartment they want but are quite a few months ahead of the game.

To join the waitlist, you pay a partial deposit of $150, along with the $75 application fee, and go through the normal application process. You give us requirements for your desired apartment, and we reach out when we get a notice for one that meets your needs. BEFORE it goes on the website 🙂

– We offer you the apartment, and you pay the remainder of the deposit to secure it($350) within 24 hours. Then we proceed as normal!

This is such a great tool to help you get first dibs on apartments that work for you! You can only be on the waitlist for a max of 180 days so we recommend waiting to join until you are within that time frame. 

– If you know you want to live at a Robert Hancock and Co property (I mean why wouldn’t you?) but are a little early, reach out to the property and they will help you apply for the waitlist. Everything is done online, but feel free to call or stop in with questions!
