MOTAC Recognizes Omaha’s Robert Hancock & Co. for Smoke-Free Apartment Living

Over the past few years, we have been working diligently on making all of our apartment buildings smoke-free.  Our newest properties, Pinhook Flats at Aksarben Village and Shadow Lake Square were built from the ground up with this designation, and our other eight properties in Omaha and Council Bluffs have followed suit.  As of May 1st, 2015, all ten of our properties are smoke-free across the board.  According to the Metro Omaha Tobacco Action Coalition (MOTAC), Robert Hancock & Co. is the first property management company in Omaha to have done this.  We couldn’t be more proud!
