We have had a huge number of existing residents in the past few months upgrading from their one-bedroom apartments to more spacious two-bedroom options! We love helping our residents stay within the community they love, but grow and expand in a new space! If you are a current resident in a one-bedroom apartment, looking to size up prior to the expiration of your current lease, we would love to talk about available options that might suit your needs.

For residents looking to transfer, be prepared to supply your most recent income information to verify that you meet our income threshold (at least 3x the rental amount as your gross monthly icome), have a new criminal background check, and provide any difference in deposit. Existing residents don’t have to undergo a new credit check or pay the $40 application fee!
