At Highclere, you can call or email the office work orders and our courteous, professional maintenance tech will take care of it for you! You can also submit work orders from RentCafe (the same spot you make online payments). We also have techs on-call 24/7 for those emergency leaks or heating/cooling issues that occur after office hours, over the weekend, or on holidays. If you need to be connected to emergency maintenance, call 402-393-2210 and follow the voicemail prompts. You can also call the office after hours and listen to the voicemail greeting in case you ever forget that number ;).
