It’s One Bedroom Season at These Papillion Apartments!
For the month of March through mid-April, all our apartments available for move in will be one bedrooms! Last month was a super competitive month in terms of leasing, and with a pretty limited supply of apartments, March and April could easily be the same way.
Here’s a quick recap of the highlights of our one bedroom floorplans:
Meadowlark-our smallest one bedroom at 606 square feet, it still offers a kitchen with ample storage, its own full sized washer/dryer, and a walk-in closet. We tend to see our best pricing on this option.
Goldenrod-our most common floorplan, larger than the Meadowlark at 732 square feet, it has a long rectangular living room to give you more space for a dining area or work from home setup.
Lacewing-our largest one bedroom option. We have the fewest of this plan, so when we do have one come available, it is pretty exciting. We have just one of these that will be ready in the foreseeable future—11840206, ready mid-April, on 2nd floor—so if this seems like your style, chat with us ASAP.
If you are thinking you need the extra space of a two bedroom, we will see our next option popping open in mid-April. We do not currently have any vacant two bedroom apartments to facilitate self-guided tours, but we have video tours and plenty of photos!
