It’s Never Too Early to Start the Spring/Summer Apartment Hunt

With the start of the new year, it seems that warmer weather is just around the corner.  If you plan on moving in the spring/summer season, it’s definitely not too early to start looking around. 

The Robert Hancock & Co. properties do offer a waitlist program for those looking in advance.  Here at Pacific Gardens, we already have a few applicants for both the spring and summer months.  Start now while your options are plentiful because the closer it gets to the nice weather, the faster those waitlists fill up.
