How far in advance should you apply for an apartment? During the busiest time of the year; we say the earlier the better!! If you are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment, Four Seasons only has a couple units opening up and they will be available for the middle of August. Hurry in to apply for these while you still can. Of course other units may open up, so we highly recommend after touring our property, you apply and take a unit off the market right away.  Another popular option would be applying for our wait list program. The waitlist program would give you seniority on apartments coming available within your time frame. It would also give you first dibs on any apartments coming available within a 6 month time frame.
