Helpful Tips to Keep Bugs at Bay

As an apartment complex, we do everything we can to prevent bugs from getting inside, including having pest control visit often. But as the weather gets warmer, they find any way to get in the AC. Here are a couple of tips to keep your apartment pest free!

• Check your window screens- make sure they are sealed properly with no tears. If you notice either, please contact the leasing office.
• Keep your patio/balcony door shut. Check the locks to ensure proper closing each time.
• Clean up any food crumbs or trash.
• Clean hard surfaces with vinegar and water.

As soon as you notice anything, contact the office right away. We need to move quickly to prevent more from getting in and reproducing. Thank you residents!
