Happy Thanksgiving from Shadow Lake Square!

We are so grateful for the wonderful year we have had here at Shadow Lake Square and are gearing up to spend a long weekend amongst friends and family. We hope all our excellent residents have a great holiday weekend as well!

Our office will be closed on Thursday, November 28th and will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, December 2nd. Our emergency maintenance tech will still be available during our office closure; residents can reach him with any emergency maintenance issues (i.e. no heat, leaking of any kind, toilet not flushing) at 402-393-2210 (follow the voicemail prompts).

We have available one bedrooms ranging in price from $850/month-$1,010/month or two bedrooms ranging from $1,295/month-$1,345/month.
