Happy Spring!

Hello Residents,

We are doing our usual Spring cleanups right now. Putting mulch down and making the lawn look pretty. If there is anything you notice that could be cleaned up please don’t hesitate to let us know! Also, it’s a good idea to test your A/C outon that 1st hot day. I know I turned mine on last Saturday when temperatures hit the mid 80’s to see if it was operating at full speed! If not let us know and we’ll send Jack over to take a look. It’s better to call us now rather than the 1st really hot day when he gets multipe calls in for a/c’s not working.
