Gearing up for the winter months in your Omaha Apartments…..

Hello Residents,

As you know winter is quickly approaching. The weather experts are calling for 1″ of snow through tonight. Just to let you know our maintenance team will be out early in the morning taking care of the sidewalks making sure they are cleared of all snow and ice. If you see any spots that are concerning to you let us know and we can make sure to put extra salt down or you can use the salt/sand containers by the entry doors to get some traction.
