We have attached garages, going for $125 a month. These are on the 1st floor of your building, you never have to go outside!

We also have detached garages, going for $95 a month. These are next to the buildings, only a short walk from your front door!

If a building has all garages occupied, we’d be happy to put you on the waitlist, we will reach out to let you know when something becomes available. We reach out in order of joining the list.

Garages are a month-to-month lease. Meaning, you can drop the garage from your lease with a 30-day notice. You can do just the winter/ cold months if you want!
