Food Drive at Shadow Lake Square Apartments in Papillion!

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we wanted to find a way for our community to give back! We are hosting a food drive for Foodbank for the Heartland. To add a little bit of fun to the drive, we have weekly challenges that can earn residents entries into a prize drawing. We have based all of our requested items on the Foodbank’s list of items that are most needed in the community.

We have already wrapped up our week one challenge (one box of macaroni and cheese and one canned fruit or vegetable) and have given away a $15 Target gift card to our lucky winner. There is still time to get your donations in and be entered for our next two rounds of drawings!

November 11th to November 17th- 1 jar of peanut butter and 2 cans (or pouches) of tuna/chicken

Prize: $25 Hy-Vee gift card

November 18th to November 27th- 1 box cereal, 1 jar pasta sauce, and 1 box dry pasta

Prize: $50 Amazon gift card

We have already collected several boxes full of food and we are just around halfway through our drive. We appreciate all of our residents and the generosity they have displayed during this drive! We can’t wait to see how huge our final donation will be!
