Fall 2025 Availability in Aksarben Village
Looking for a place to call home? Pinhook Flats and CUE in Aksarben Village have you covered! Located in the heart of Aksarben Village, both have availability from now until Mid-November! We are minutes away from Downtown Omaha, right down the street from UNO and College of Saint Mary’s, and not far from the interstate.
We have a large range of amenities. Each unit comes with full-size washer and dryers, 24-hour fitness center, swimming pool, and 24-hour maintenance. This is just to name a few of the wonderful features that come with living here.
Over in CUE we have a special going on right now for our Gallery (studio) and Loge 1 (one bedroom) apartments. If you move in by September 15th, you receive the month of November rent free!
Looking for a timeframe after Mid-September? From the end of September to October we will have availability is out Gallery, Loge 1, and our Loge 3 (one bedroom).
If you are looking for something a little bigger, we have a beautiful Seabiscuit (two bedroom) ready for immediate move in over in Pinhook Flats. Right now, our Seabiscuit also has a special. If you move in by September 15th, you receive November rent free.
Our September availability includes our Barbaro (studio), Winning Colors (two bedrooms), and our Silver Spoon (two bedrooms).
Our October availability we will have two of our beautiful one-bedroom and two two-bedrooms available. The one-bedrooms we will have available are our Northern Dancer and the Secretariat. For two-bedrooms we will have our Silver Spoon and Seabiscuit available.
Lastly, our only November availability right now are two Citations.
