Drive Safely This Halloween!

Halloween is just around the corner, and Trick-or-Treaters may also be around the corner- literally. Here are some tips for drivers during Halloween!
-Drive cautiously between 5 and 8:30 p.m. Trick-or-Treaters are usually out during those hours.
-Drive 5 mph slower than the posted speed limit, and be aware that kids might not look before crossing the street.
-Concentrate on driving- not your smartphone.
-Turn on your headlights, even if it’s still light out, so children will see you.
-Enter and exit driveways slowly and cautiously.
-Drive sober. Attending a Halloween party with alcohol? If you drink, arrange for a sober ride home!
