Deadline for Licensing Your Pet in Omaha!

It may the last day and down to the wire, but you still have time to license your pet!  No one wants to get stuck with a late fee from the city but most importantly, you want to make sure your pet comes home to you if it ventures away.  There are several ways to license your pet, either online through the Nebraska Humane Society or at a participating vet clinic.

Looking to add a furry friend to your household?  We allow caged animals and a maximum of two cats per apartment.  A pet deposit of 25% of the rental rate is collected, which is refundable at the end of your lease term provided there are no damages to the apartment.  In addition, there is also a non-refundable pet rent of $20 per cat, per month.  All caged animals must be kept in containers no larger than 10 gallons.

Keep in mind that all Robert Hancock & Co. properties require your pet to be licensed in accordance with local laws.  In addition, they must be spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations.  Please reach out to your property’s leasing office for more information on how to add a new pet to your lease.
