Here at Pacific Gardens we are undergoing a full remodel of one of our two bedroom apartments!
This apartment will have all new flooring, new cabinetry, new appliances, new bath fixtures, new windows–NEW EVERYTHING! It is a third floor corner unit with windows on all sides, so this apartment gets tons of natural light in every room. Every apartment here at Pacific Gardens is located in a building with just eight apartments, communal laundry in the basement, a basement storage unit included with every apartment (a great place to store your bicycle and any little extras you may have), and all entries are locked (keypad access for residents and intercom for guests).
We welcome up to two cats with additional rent and deposit, but do not allow dogs (with the exception of service animals). Our community is smoke-free, so smoking is prohibited in all interior spaces, on balconies, on stoops, and within a ten foot radius of any building. Our convenient location is just minutes to UNO, hospitals (Bergan Mercy, Methodist, and Children’s Hospital), tons of restaurants (we never run out of lunch options here at the office!), shopping, and major employers. We are also located in District 66, so we are in the neighborhood for Westside schools.
This remodeled unit should be ready for a mid-January move in and will lease for $805/month. Residents pay water/sewer costs and electricity (no gas!). We can’t wait to see the end result of this transformation and hope you are as excited as we are!
