Blood Drive This Saturday in Papillion!

Shadow Lake Square Apartments in Papillion, Nebraska is hosting a blood drive for the American Red Cross on Saturday, July 27th from 10:00am to 4:00pm! You can sign up for our drive online at https://www.redcrossblood.org/give.html/drive-results?zipSponsor=SLSapartments.

Here are some facts from the Red Cross regarding blood donation:

*Every 2 seconds someone in America needs blood. 

*The Red Cross must collect 14,000 units of blood each day. 

*Blood collected by the Red Cross helps millions of patients in over 2,400 hospitals across the country. 

*Each blood donation can help save up to three lives. 

*It only takes about an hour to give blood. 

*80 percent of blood donations are given at blood drives.

We already have gotten mostly to our appointment goal for the drive, but still have some slots and space for walk-ins. We appreciate all the support we have seen so far and hope to have a great turnout!

With our busy blood drive happening at the clubhouse, we will not be available for walk in tours. We would be more than happy to schedule an appointment for another time to view one of our upcoming one or two bedroom apartment options. Our office is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays.
