At Pinhook Flats, we utilize a website called RENTCafe to do virtually everything online!
When you initially apply for an apartment, you can submit the application form and pay the application fee and deposit through RENTCafe. It allows you to select the specific apartment you are searching for and even tells you if there is a move in special on a particular unit! It allows you to select your preferred move in date and lease term. It shows you what the price for your criteria will be, as well as the best price option available!
When you get ready to move in we can make your lease available for you to sign electronically. This is especially helpful if you are not within driving distance of our community to come in and sign the lease in person. When you renew your lease, you can also sign it through RENTCafe!
You can submit work orders through this online portal and send messages to the office. If you’re not available to speak with someone in the office over the phone, this is a great option to make sure that the office and maintenance receive the message or work order!
You can pay your rent through RENTCafe. If you don’t have checks or aren’t in town to submit your physical payment to the office, you can set up a bank account or credit card through the online portal. They also have an option for auto pay set up, so each month you don’t have to worry about remembering to pay rent on time!
