Back to School in Council Bluffs Iowa

Everyone is settling in and gearing up for the 2013-2014 school year.  Highclere Apartments welcomes all new students to the Council Bluffs area whether they’re attending Council Bluffs Public Schools, Lewis Central, St. Albert’s or are receiving their higher education from Iowa Western Community College, Buena Vista, or Creighton University.
