The wait list gives you first dibs on any apartments coming available that fit your criteria within a 6 month time frame. This will open up your options and let us find your perfect apartment ahead of time in order to avoid last minute decision making, time crunching, and stress. Currently, Highclere Apartments does not know what we will have for the spring time frame, but they are taking wait list applications! We encourage everyone to schedule a tour to see an apartment and apply for it ahead of time to claim it as your new home in advance before anyone else can take it off the market.
