2013 Season Omaha Farmers Market Right Around The Corner May 5th In Mid Town Omaha
Besides all the great reasons to live at South Park Apartments here in mid town Omaha an added bonus is the Omaha Farmers Market which is right up the road and around the corner from us. Most Farmers Markets are open on Saturday’s but this one is one of the few which is open on Sunday’s which is a great thing. What a wonderful way to eat fresh and healthy foods while supporting our local farmers.
The Omaha Farmers Market will start the 2013 season on Saturday, May 4th in the Old Market and Sunday, May 5th at Aksarben Village just south of 67th and Center St. in mid town Omaha. After a long off-season, market-goers will be ready to return for fresh produce from some of their favorite local farmers and vendors. The 2013 season will go through October 19th & 20th.
