We are looking for someone to assist our Community Managers in day to day operations of our properties. How can you contribute to our team? Use your highly creative skills to think of new and interesting ways to market our properties, post to our social media accounts and blog on our company website. Use your charming personality to chat with prospects and schedule tours of our beautiful communities. Use your sharp sales skills to turn prospects into new residents and keep them happy. This position offers a great combination of both social and analytical skills. You aren’t just a leasing agent, you’re a Manager in Training!
Work schedule is 4 days during the week from 8am – 5pm during the Fall/Winter months. The hours change to 9:00am – 6pm during the Spring/Summer months and 10am-4pm on Saturdays.

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years working in sales, customer service, retail or a professional office environment
Self-starter attitude and strong problem solving skills
Reliable and able to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Effective at written and verbal communication
Basic computer skills
Attention to detail and accuracy with good organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment and possess high level of energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
