Office Closures

The Pacific Gardens office will be closed on Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th for the Christmas holiday. We will reopen for normal business hours on Wednesday, December 26th.

We will also be closed on Tuesday, January 1st for New Year’s Day. We will reopen for normal business hours on Wednesday, January 2nd.

As always, emergency maintenance will be available to residents during these office closures. Just dial 402-393-2210 and follow the voicemail prompts to be connected to a technician.

Snow Removal

As always, we are crossing our fingers for a not-so-white Christmas and a happy New Year. But, in the event of winter weather, please remember the following: do not park with your front end hanging over the sidewalk (this makes it hard for maintenance to get those walkways clear), do not brush snow from your car onto the sidewalk, and feel free to use the ice melt mix provided in the pink buckets at each entrance (but, please do not remove the bucket from its spot). Our maintenance/grounds team works very hard to make sure our residents can safely enjoy our property and we appreciate your consideration of their efforts.
