Cheaper Omaha Outing Alternatives in the Fall

The fall and winter seasons are upon us and the search for indoor activities is at an all-time high. Why not sit back and enjoy a film without paying traditional movie theater prices? A small family cannot make it out of a theater today without paying an incredible amount for movie tickets and refreshments are also pricey. Luckily, Film Streams at the Ruth Sokolof Theater are providing cheaper options for your date night or family outing. Movie buffs from all around the metro are gathering to view classic films such as The Desert Hearts, Night of the Living Dead and The Graduate. Admission prices are $5 to $10 and will be shown through December 14th.

If you are looking for something a little bit cheaper and kid friendly, there will also be matinee showings of Beetlejuice, Teen Witch and It’s a Wonderful Life, with admission starting at $2.50! These films will be available through December 31st.
