The pool should be open the next week with the hours of 10am-5pm. The summer hours of 10am-9pm will resume Memorial Day Weekend. Hope everyone is having a good start to the summer!

South Park Apartments In Mid-Town Omaha Sprucing Up For Summer

Here at South Park we are in full beautification mode in anticipation of 3 or 4 warm and sunny months of summer. We are underway with new concrete and asphalt, new retaining walls, landscaping, new colorful umbrella’s for all of our outdoor tables and the new and colorful flowers just pop out at you when you drive through. Having fun over here at South Park. . . . . a great place to call home!

Hello residents,

Over the next week or so we will be doing some construction at Peony Village. We’ll be adding a circular brick lounging area, sidewalks connecting it to the pool area, and a grill in the courtyard. We will also be replacing some sidewalk just south of the clubhouse. Sorry for the inconveinence of parking. Please feel free to come look at the progress Moore landscaping is making during the week!

Hello residents,

Starting one week from Monday we will be constructing a area to the east of the pool that will consist of benches, circular brick patio, and a charcoal grill. The construction will take approximately 1 week.
