When bringing in your application, here is a check-list of what you will need:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Copy of Photo ID
- Social Security #
- Address and/or Rental History
- Employment History
- Personal History
- Roommate Information
- Vehicle Information
- Signature giving permission to verify information
- Application fee of $30 per applicant* (check, money order or cashier’s check)
- To hold apartment Security Deposit (check, money order or cashier’s check)
